Ladies, I want to let you in on a little secret of mine. For a longer than I can remember, I’ve been struggling with stress, anxiety and sleeping problems.
Meditation helped, of course. But there were times the anxiety would hit in public places where it wasn’t always practical to be able to slide into a yoga pose in a moments notice.
So what did I do? I turned to CBD.
